Fastighetens ägare hade uppfört en redskapshall av stålelement enligt ett leasingavtal. Hallen, som hade en annan ägare än fastigheten, ansågs inte ha blivit lägenhetens beståndsdel och den övergick inte till den som köpte lägenheten på exekutiv auktion.
